GED Testing
Looking for our Testing Location?
The library is an official GED Test center, but our Downtown location is closed for repairs.
In the meantime, testing will be conducted at West Middle School Library.
You can get parking at 44 Niles St, Hartford, CT 06105, but to enter the correct building please follow these steps:
- Go into the school staff parking lot. It is located past the fire station on Sigourney street, right in between the apartment building and the school itself.
- Go all the way to the back, where the road runs out, and towards the second brick building facing the back of the school.
- When you are in front of the white door, please call the security desk number (860)-695-5510 to be allowed in.
Notice: If you are arriving after 3:30 PM, you may park in the school staff lot. Otherwise, please park on Niles street. There is a parking ban on Asylum street after 3:15 PM.
If you are being dropped off or taking the bus, you may enter through the main entrance, which is at 927 Asylum Avenue.
