Prior to your appointment, please gather the required documents listed on the Green Card Document Checklist If you wish to verify your eligibility for a waiver of the I-90 application fee to USCIS, please bring supporting documentation, such as proof of benefits (SNAP or Medicaid) or your most recent tax return. Please be advised that applicants are still required to pay the applicable fees for legal assistance in completing and submitting their application at a nominal fee of $175 or $85 for low-income applicants.
